Making Money with Autoresponders and Coastal Vacations
Autoresponders are software programs that enable you to set up messages that can be emailed to others automatically. When you use them with your Coastal Vacations business, they act like an army of travel agents helping you with marketing and sales efforts with your business.
An auto responder’s main function is to send out responses automatically by email to people who have visited your site and completed a basic form, entering their first name and email address. Or the autorsponder can be activated by sending an email to a special email address you have set up for it.
In response, you can load your autoresponders with messages that contain newsletters or ezine, travel-related ebooks, travel guides, industry reports and any number of other informational products regarding your Coastal Vacations business. And as you keep in mind that your autoresponders are also sales tools, you can sprinkle in ads with links to your website, the number to your call center, links to download your full color brochures and all types of marketing and sales info inside the messages to increase your closing ratio with repeat contact instead of just focusing on a one-time website visit to land a lead and close a sale.
Here are a couple other tips about using autoresponders:
• Autoresponder messages can be sent out in rich text format or HTML, complete with links to full color images and your company logo. They need to include opt in ability and contact information to meet anti-spamming laws today and can include tracking information so you can tell how many people receive and open your messages.
• Autoresponders can be set up so that a customer receives a message at different timed intervals; for example, once every week for six weeks. Therefore, for customers who have purchased at a different time of the same day, they will each receive timed follow up emails once a week for six weeks. This essentially takes away the guess work from follow up by ensuring that every contact with a customer/prospect results in a type of series of autoresponder messages following up with them.
• An autoresponder form is referred to as a squeeze page. Since this squeeze page prompts customers and prospects to leave some of their contact info behind, if this is not done you may be losing hundreds of profitable business relationships because you do not even know your prospect’s name.
So learn more about autoresponders and how to set up their forms to make the best impact on your website visitors. Search for "autoresponders" and “squeeze page” tips on the Internet, and keep up with them as the Internet evolves so that you business will too!
